The information on rejenmobilehealth.com, our social media pages, and our other materials is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
No provider-patient relationship
Reading our website, following us online, or contacting us with a general question does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete our intake process and a medical evaluation with one of our licensed providers.
Not for emergencies
Our services are not emergency care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Treatment requires a medical evaluation
Every service at ReJEN requires an evaluation by a licensed provider, either an in-person Good Faith Exam or a telehealth visit with our nurse practitioner. Our providers decide whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Not every person qualifies for every service.
About our treatments
IV therapy
IV hydration and nutrient therapy are wellness services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace care from your primary care provider.
Compounded medications
Some medications we prescribe, including compounded GLP-1 medications and peptides, are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are not the same as brand-name medications.
Peptides
Many peptides have limited clinical research in humans. Your provider will review what is known about benefits, risks, and alternatives before recommending any peptide therapy.
Results vary
Results differ from person to person based on health history, lifestyle, genetics, and how closely a care plan is followed. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss amounts, energy levels, recovery time, or appearance. Testimonials and before-and-after examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of typical results.
Talk to your doctor
Always consult your primary care provider or a qualified healthcare professional about your health, medical conditions, and medications. Do not stop or change any medication, or delay seeking care, because of something you read on our website.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep our website accurate and current, but medical knowledge and regulations change. We cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or up to date.
