We want every visit to go smoothly, and we want you to know exactly what to expect if plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work at ReJEN Mobile Health. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Prescription medications are non-refundable
Any prescription or patient-specific order that is prepared and shipped directly from a pharmacy cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This includes GLP-1 medications, peptides, and other medications prescribed for you.
This rule protects patient safety. Once a pharmacy prepares a medication for a specific patient, it cannot legally or safely be returned, resold, or given to anyone else.
If your medication arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised (for example, temperature issues during shipping), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the pharmacy to resolve it.
IV therapy refunds are at the provider's discretion
Refunds for IV therapy are reviewed case by case and are at the discretion of our medical provider. Examples where a full or partial refund may be considered include:
- An IV cannot be started or completed for clinical reasons
- ReJEN cancels or cannot keep your appointment
If your provider determines at your Good Faith Exam that IV therapy isn't right for you, you won't be charged. We do not charge a consultation fee.
Refunds are generally not given for services that were fully provided, or because of a personal preference about results.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand. We just ask for enough notice to offer your time to another client.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling or texting (614) 599-9843
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a $25 fee
- Arriving late may shorten your session so we can stay on time for other clients
Deposits
No deposit is required to book an appointment. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Packages, memberships, and programs
We do not currently offer packages, memberships, or subscriptions. If we offer them in the future, their terms will be added here first.
Weather and safety
If we need to reschedule because of severe weather, safety concerns, or a nurse emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at no charge.
How to request a refund
Email info@rejenmobilehealth.com or call (614) 599-9843 with your name, appointment date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. HSA/FSA refunds are returned to the HSA/FSA card used.
Prescription medications are filled for you by a third-party pharmacy, and pharmacies do not offer refunds on medications that have been prepared for a specific patient. Because of this, ReJEN cannot offer a refund on prescription medications.
Refunds for IV therapy are at the discretion of the provider, as described above.
