Planned care process

Evaluation before treatment.

Your care may include an evaluation, an eligibility review, a treatment discussion, follow-up, and lifestyle support, all guided by a licensed medical provider.

Your provider will need to review recent lab work to confirm the plan of action is right for you, and in some cases labs are needed before a prescription can be issued. You can pay out of pocket or use your insurance, so talk with your provider about the approach that makes the most sense for you.
